Founder & Principal
With over a decade of experience as a healthcare operations leader, she has deep expertise in value-based care, quality performance, and risk adjustment strategy. With a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration and a track record spanning payer–provider environments, she has led initiatives that bridge the gap between strategy and execution, where most organizations struggle.
Her experience includes leading population health operations, implementing delegated services models, and driving performance across HEDIS, CAHPS, and risk acuity programs. She has worked at the intersection of clinical, operational, and financial performance, giving her a practical understanding of what it takes to improve outcomes without disrupting the realities of care delivery.
